(1) There will be employees in accordance with the organization structure and staff roster as approved by the council for the operation of the council.
(2) The appointment, remuneration, facilities and service conditions of the employees of the Council shall be as prescribed.
(3) At the request of the Council, the Ministry may depute any employee of the Government of Nepal to work in the Council until such time as the staff referred to in sub-section (2) is appointed.
